Artist Statement

The lighting design for Entropics was primarily shaped by the aesthetic decision to have the world of the play primarily shown in black, white, and grayscale.

There are select moments where color shatters this and we allow that saturation to flow forth.

Visually, we begin with crisp reveal and structure. As the play progresses, these rules mean less and less until the colors split the fabric of gray, fracture, and mend in new configurations.
